I do not have enough words to describe the excellent service that Rod and Carrie provide. Unlike others they concentrate their resources on a modest number of great properties and will organise pretty much anything legal for their guests, from airport pickups, car rental to welcome packs, and they even took one of my friends who does not drive shopping! Any issues that occasionally crop up are just dealt with. They go above and beyond anything I have previously experienced. On top of that, they are really great people too!
