“Akamas Lookout” is a 3 bedroom Villa, featuring an 8 x 4m private swimming pool (option to have heated weekly £400), Hot tub / Jacuzzi (Weekly £175 newly fitted contemporary kitchen and is nestled close to the Meleti Forest, in Agios Georgios / Peyia.

A short stroll away from the Villa you will find an ancient Necropolis within the Meleti Forest, which dates back to the Hellenistic period – definitely worth a wander to.

Less than a mile away is the historic harbour of Agios Georgios (St Georges) a small fishing village, which also has the remains of an ancient Basilica with floor mosaics still visible.

Nearby, Lara Beach the near-deserted beach at Lara Bay as it is known, is home to loggerhead and green turtles and is a turtle conservation area. Monk seals also dwell in the sea caves.

Within walking distance from the villa is Sea Rays Cafe Bar, Sunset Taverna, Namos Taverna.

The villa sits in a quite cul de sac. As you enter through the front door you go into an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen all with patio doors to the rear which offers shade from the long sunny days. A cloakroom oilet completes the ground floor level.

Upstairs has 3 good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and all are air conditioned. The two double bedrooms have patio doors leading to the outside balcony and the twin room consists of an ensuite. The main bathroom is shared by the other two rooms.

Outside area has a wrap around garden and the area to the rear hosts the outside dining area and hot tub. Completing this peaceful facility is a built in BBQ and outside kitchen with a comfy seating area.

To the front is the swimming pool and sunbathing area with sunloungers and parasols.
