Lovely single level 3 bed villa sitting in a quiet road the sought after Sea Caves area. It offers a private garden with a pool which is not overlooked, giving you plenty of space to enjoy the Cypriot sunshine.

A short path leads to the main garden and pool area with a built in BBQ, a shaded pergola, outside shower and of course sunbeds, parasols to give you that sun kissed tan you strive for.
The location of the villa is in a quiet area with a 2 min stroll to the coast. Here you will find some lovely walks. Sea caves boasts some great coastal tavernas for the long lunches and sunset drinks and traditional Cypriot fare dinners.
The lively resort of Coral Bay is less tan a 10 minute drive. The beaches, nightlife, good quality restaurants are bars prevail. Also the village of Peyia which gives you even more restaurants and more eating decisions.
Leaving the villa going West you have the Akamas Peninsular which is famous for Lara Bay where the turtles nest every year in this protected beautiful area.
All in all the location is perfect for whatever holiday you have in mind. You would have to go a long way to find the comforts and also access to this wonderful surround area whilst residing in a great villa
