Serene Villa has the most amazing view from the villa it can only be described as absolutely stunning. When sitting on the sun terrace, bathing in the pool, waking in the morning you are always treated to this beautiful vista that takes in the Paphos coastline from Peyia to the harbour in Kato Paphos.

The 4 bedroom villa is very spacious and modern with all the facilities and amenities you would expect in a first class villa such as this. A open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge which lead out to the pool side.

Outside you have a mouth watering infinity pool with roman steps, and various terraces for sunbathing and relaxing and of course that all important alfresco dining. The villa sits on top of a hill in a quiet area West of Peyia with easy access to the beaches and coastline of Coral Bay. The village of Peyia is a few minutes drive.

Here you have a Cypriot village offering a supermarket, bank and plenty of local restaurants and bars. A 6 minute drive takes you to Coral Bay high street, a lively family resort with tavernas, bars, live entertainment. Popular and bustling and really gives you that holiday feel.

The villa sits in a very quite area atop a hill in a cul de sac. On entering the villa the first thing that will grab your attention is the view through the full width glass patio doors across the large swimming pool and Paphos laid out beyond.

The downstairs consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with all the comforts you would expect in a home. It also has a cloakroom toilet, an annex with washing machine. To complete the first floor is a double bedroom with ensuite.

Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms all with wonderful views. The main bedroom has a walk through wardrobe and large ensuite with patio doors on to a large upper terrace. The other two bedrooms share a large spacious bathroom. All rooms have aircon.

As previously mentioned the large outside area consists of a terrace with comfy seating overlooking the large infinity pool. A large dining area with seating under a shaded pergola is next to a new built in BBQ and outside sink.
