This large 5 bedroom villa affords the most fantastic views to the Coral Bay and Pafos coastline you can imagine. From the pool terrace, lounge and every bedroom, day or night you will never tire of the magnificent vista that awaits you.
Set on a large plot with great outside terraces and a lovely kidney shaped pool you would want for nothing in this well equipped villa. It even has a games room with table tennis, pool table and table football to keep you entertained.
Set on the hills of the traditional village of Peyia it is only a short distance to either walk or drive for your holiday provisions. It also has many restaurants and bars. A 6-min drive will take you down the hill to Coral Bay, which has a lively and bustling main street and beautiful sandy blue flag beaches with its many water sports.

As you enter this delightful 3 storey villa, you will be knocked out by the amazing view you will experience through the lounge window. Day or night the panoramic window will offer you stunning vistas. the lounge and large kitchen are open plan and well facilitated with both white goods in the kitchen and comfortable lounge furnishings. On this middle level is a bathroom and double bedroom with views to the sea.
Upstairs (or 3rd level) are three further bedrooms. All have en suites, plenty of wardrobe space, aircons and views to the sea and the lower areas of Peyia and Coral Bay. The main double has a small balcony as does the middle double. The third bedroom upstairs is a twin room, again with stunning sea views.
The lower ground floor is the games room plus it has a bathroom and a twin room. A double patio door leads from the games room to the lower outside terrace.
The middle level has patio doors out to a lovely terrace with outside seating and leading on from there is shaded dining area with built in BBQ. Eat with a view or wile away those warm balmy nights with a cocktail or glass of wine, sat taking in those twinkling lights below in the comfy seating area.
