The Blue Flag sandy beaches of Coral Bay offer safe swimming, plenty of watersports, tavernas and cafes. An ideal location for exploring the western side of Cyprus with its beautiful villages, mountains and coastal areas. A short drive or bus journey takes you to Paphos town and it’s harbour with its world heritage sites, market, waterpark and lively night spots. If it is peace and relaxation you want or a lively nightlife, you definitely have the choice in this sought after area.

The villa is sat on a large private plot and as you enter through the front door your eyes will immediately focus on the large pool and outside area. the dining room, lounge and kitchen are all open plan, bright and spacious with lovely furnishings and amenities. Off to one side of the lounge is a recently built double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the pool.

Off to the other side of the lounge is a bathroom and twin bedroom, again with patio doors leading to the poolside.
Upstairs has a large balcony with both bedrooms having access to this lovely area.

A bathroom serves both these bedrooms, one of which is a double, the other a twin room.

From the lounge you access the large outside terrace with comfy seating and outside dining area all under a shaded pergola. A stone built outside shower sits by the poolside as do the comfortable sunloungers and parasols offering plenty of space and comfort. A built in BBQ is situated in the garden for your al fresco cravings and with the numerous shrubs and plants this villa has a delightful ambience and relaxing atmosphere.
